-Why can't I get a username and password to work
while registering in the shopping cart?   
  To protect your information, Our Shopping Cart uses extra protection when choosing your password. Your password must consist of 8-32 characters and must include at least 1 numeral, 1 letter, and 1 special character (the special characters located on the numeral keys).
Special characters are: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
